It is movie night at Fort Dragg. Privates Oyl and Goon are getting everything ready to show the training film. But Colonel Crumb wants to make a new training film. He makes Sergeant Blast the director, and he makes the privates the stars.

They cause all kinds of trouble for the Sergeant, and she is sure the Colonel will give them extra guard duty this time. However, he wants to make even more films because he loves comedy.
