O.G. Watasnozzle was a scientist (perhaps even a mad scientist at times) who appeared in a number of cartoons and comic strips with Popeye. In a number of episodes in the movies or on television, Watasnozzle would use a time machine to pull Popeye into the future or the past. First created by E.C. Segar, O.G. Watasnozzle also appeared in the Sappo comic strip.
