Tedd Pierce (1906 - 1972) was an American animator, writer and voice actor mostly associated with the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes cartoon series. He voiced Bluto in the Fleischer Studios Popeye cartoons Stealin' Ain't Honest and Many Tanks, as well as the Commander in The Mighty Navy. He also provided the King of Blefuscu's voice in Fleischer Studios' feature film, Gulliver's Travels.
