Caveman Popeye needs a little bit of rest and relaxation. He goes to Cavewoman Olive's restful resort, Rockhaven. Caveman Bluto has a similar idea because he goes to Rockhaven too, only he seems to want to make Popeye miserable.

Popeye and Bluto go at it several times during their stay at the resort., resulting in quite a bit of destruction in the process. The damage to Olive's resort causes the ceiling to come crashing down on its owner. It is up to Popeye to rescue her with the help of his spinach.
